In today’s modern world most issues can be resolved remotely by C-CO employees trained to troubleshoot and solve your issues. If needed C-CO can be at any location anywhere in North America. It is our preference to use C-CO people when at all possible. But the truth is that no-one is able to use their own employees 100% of the time. We all use third party service contractors.
The C-CO difference is that we hold our partners accountable to one thing, your satisfaction. We are ruthless if a contractor doesn’t adhere to our standards and practices. We insist on special escalation clauses in our partner agreements. More than that if you are not satisfied with the initial service, you will have a direct phone number for the President of our company who will get back to any of our customers within 2 hours during normal business hours; if he’s on a plane or somehow unavailable the calls will be forwarded to one of our Vice Presidents.
Of course the real secret of our success is to get it right day one, it’s amazing how that cuts down the amount of service that you need. |
